Description
This was done in Lightwave 3d, though the city setting is a Daz resource by Stonemason. Tardis and Daleks downloaded from Foundation 3d.(The Tardis is lurking in the background unnoticed by the Daleks!)
Render times were really high for this, mainly because the lighting is a combination of a dome light with strong radiosity, to get the soft edged gloomy areas.
