Description

Whenever I went out on the hunt, I always made sure that I had this pack with me.. It carried basic survival gear as well as first aid and extra water. Loaded for the hunt, it weighed 18 pounds (about 8.2 Kilos)

Don't laugh Mike, but I have one of these everyday for work and play! (MANBAG!!!) It has my lunch, my SLR, my jacket, my sunglasses, my work stuff, my Swiss army knife etc etc and goes EVERYWHERE with me! I feel naked without it, even though people ask me if I am climbing Everest at least twice a day! I also have my huge one I use for backpacking/camping that fits all my gear, but that's far too big for everyday use! Here it is... imagebam.com

Sounds like it has everything you could need on a hunting trip Mike. For one upload you should lay it out on a table and show everyone all the stuff you have to bring along.

I have a backpack for my camera gear but I tend to to bump into people at airports accidentally, so I hand carry it. my deceased camping buddy from high school would even carry a single size mattress along with all his other gear. he was a big at 6-3

I have this feeling that high school kids probably carry almost this much weight daily to and from school nowadays (including laptop?).

Smart man. Its amazing how many idiots we have in So. Cal. la-de-daing it into the wilderness without water or even a jacket. They forget, no one is immortal.

i could not survive for 24 hrs in the woods,i have no notion of first aid etc.this will be one of the first things i will learn when back in luxembourg.the fire departments around the country offer these courses as well as a lot of city townhalls.
