Description
Marco Cochrane's steel and wire sculpture -- "Truth is Beauty" -- is a soaring triumph. It is grace. It is humility. It is grandeur set against the backdrop of Black Rock desert in Nevada.
My 50th birthday present to myself was a journey to Burning Man.
I had been planning this for the last 10 or so years and thought what a way to bring in the new decade.
I had gone back and forth about joining a camp but decided to this solo and really be self-reliant. That was my best choice as this was my personal burn. I do highly recommend this festival as it will change your life and how you see the world. Disregard what you have heard and just experience it.
