The type of view, you would never find here - so very European, iconic and mysterious! I bet the doxies would enjoy this lovely and winding path as much as us humans would ... what happens to those berries ? - do birds like them ? BB

They are so good this year, full of winter birdfood. I have made Rowan berry wine, in the style of a dry sherry! Very good it was too! Many years ago though when I was a keen wine maker. They are all over the stream sides in Cumbria, they must be thirsty plants!

Now this is a picture that I want to step into. What a lovely scene! Beautiful colors. There are so many different shades of green and yellow, and then the wonderful red of the berries. I like the path too. Excellent shot.
