Good job on the guitar modelling. You need to work on the textures some more. The Max wood texture is not that great imo. The top of a guitar usually has the grain going the opposite direction then you have it. In reality, it is usually a piece of wood that is split and each half of the top mirrors the other. You'll notice a seam on the top of the guitar.
The sides could have been done with a solid color for this even though they are wood.
The strings and headpiece came out nice. I'd like to see a closup of it too.
