Description

I hesitated to post this because the picture quality was so bad, but I thought it was funny that the Mantises were hanging out on the bug zapper for their meal instead of hunting in the wild. Two of them have since gone inside the perimenter...and gotten zapped. I counted six Mantises on our Bird of Paradise bushes the other day.

I use to have one hanging on the patio. it sure killed lots of bugs. I had a sticky roll that worked for 4-5 years. a bird lost some feathers on it also Mantis are among my favorite insects

I like these better than the stinky one's that get hung out in the corral at horse places. I bought one of those stinky one's and ended up dumping it out and filling it with red wine. Turns out the flies did not like red wine.

Hi Tom and thanks for the comment. I am thinking of removing them when they are on the zapper and putting them on the plants in the back yard to keep them from getting zapped.
