Turn out good. Enough lighting to set a mood and subtle enough to see the elements of the picture. The shadow of the arm across the chest gives it some texture. If anything maybe trying a different color for the light or even light gels.

I've tried this never got it to work, I always thought any ambient material would act as a light in poser. Looks great !!!
