Description

Mallyan Spout is a 60ft waterfall in the North Yorkshire moors, situated in Goathland. I was struck by the tree on the left which seemed to be growing out of the rocks and part of it's root system actually looked like the rock it was growing out from. Many thanks for your previous comments, Kind regards, Rob

Terrific shot. I am always so amazed how tenacious plants can be in nature, but when I try to grow them them die in 3 days!

Not only has nature his/her own way with trees, roots, etc., but also has the knack of decorating it, IMO the waterfall appears to look like a Christmas tree, covered with hanging silver tinsel ... :P just a thought - it's getting pretty close again YIKES!, better go shopping now before the madness sets in - LOL BB

impressive the tree on the left, stunning that nature is able to live where usually is no place to live! and what a variety of plants at this amazing place with the stunning waterwall! all looks untouched and wild! outstanding nature impression! ;o)
