Description
Working on a new character and texture, and I need some help. The nose is way distorted, I worked and worked on it. Is the skin tone okay? Any helpful suggestions/criticisms/ideas would be gratefully appreciated, and a name....

Syyd, the skin tone is very nice from what I can see in this render. I'm not sure what the problem is with the nose. It appears to have been flattened on the sides (just above the nostrils) and could be some problem with the MT used. Have you shown this to Traveler and Jaegger and the other morph mavens out there? They would be able to give you better input than I can. Oh, and she looks like a Miriam to me. :)

Syyd, you are far more experienced than I, so for me to offer advice on the nose would be hilarious.... She's a gorgeous character, though... GORGEOUS!!!! And how 'bout Mina?

Hmm, a name huh? How about Mariah or Katrina? I think the skin tone looks nice too, perhaps a little paler than I prefer, but still very pretty. :) It works with the auburn hair. ;)

Wow, Syyd! She looks great but I agree about the nose... My friends and I were surprised to see she looks a lot like one of our most famous models. Go see http://www.hintmag.com/ninjasarasalo.htm - not the best possible pictures of her but I think you'll notice the resemblance too!

However, you will be able to find some solution without any doubt, I like your works very much you know that very well....so, I must say here something more...You are one of them who make Poser grater than many others 3D programs...and...I only can imagine what you can do for example with MAX,MAYA,LIGHTWAVE or similar 3d programs...you know....perhaps, but only perhaps...Poser starting to be a bit to small for your abilities...sorry for my non perfect English

Syyd, I dont know anything about making characters. Honestly the nostrils dont seem to be attached to the front of the nose. It may be a lighting thing. If you blend the nostrils in with the front of the nose I think it will fix the shading problem. I really like the eyes, the inside where the tear ducts are look great. A name? My input would be Theresa.

Your textures are excellent! She does look a bit like her nose is pressed against some glass :-) Very striking though......

I agree Eowyn, she looks j u s t like famous Finnish model, 'Ninja'. That name is modification of Finnish name Nina or Niina. My suggestion for name is Nina. ...and about that noseproblem of her, they said it all. Beautiful work.
