Description

I took this photo from the bridge of Arts, in the center of Paris, not far from the Louvre. The sky was threatening, but it did not rain. I used a 3 stop reverse ND filter to keep the skies dark enough to have this effect. This photo is from my newly updated Banks of the Seine gallery.
