Description

.....so is the working title of the artist. A great artist has given this year's honor. JR from France has been immortalized in Berlin with 12 works. My thanks blinkings (Andrew) who has sent me a great link about this artist. I would love to know how you processed this image. It looks largely high key but you have brought out some selected colors. Or maybe it was just a gray day in Berlin.
