This has the feeling of an old sepia picture from the eighteen hundreds. Except...What is that creepy figure up on the roof of the Mayor's house? Surely the good townspeople of...Erm...Nowhere? didn't elect THAT, did they? Mayhap there's a connection between that scythe wielding figure and the undertaker. Hmmm.
