whoop whoop whoop – done the penthouse is sold.last nite we signed the contract and now i cant sleep and got up at 02:00 local time to share the good news.
Last week i almost lost faith because the clients that came offered insulting prices for our penthouse.
The day before yesterday i told the estate agents that i would go down with the price till it hurts but not as far as to sell ourselves out (lol).
This morning this couple from Russia came,and they have been looking at appartments and penthouses for one week and found nothing that pleased them.
When they came and saw ours ,they did not wanted to see another one anymore.they went and 10 minutes later they called and wanted to come back with a russian friend who bought another one several years ago and knows how the game is here,to show it.
of course i agreed,they came went around and left.
10 minutes later the phone rings estate agent says “offer is such and such”.
I said i cant hear you bad connection heheheheh....come on over and we calculate.
She came ,we calculated and last evening we signed the contract.
The move to luxembourg is in preview for the last week of november.
Now i got to fly to luxembourg to find a house for rent,i fly saturday and stay probably a week.
Then packing and admin crap here in spain.
Then back to luxembourg to install the new furniture.
Back to spain pack the rest and load the truck and off to luxembourg.
Thats the plan babes but you know how it is if you want to make the gods laugh just go ahead and make plans muahahahaha.
I apologised already to the great spirit for having almost lost faith,and acted a bit rude towards my surroundings,and i am sure it will be forgiven.

YIPPEEEEEE!!!!!! Outstanding news! I'm so happy for you all - not the moving bit because that is a major pain, but the "it's-done-we-can-get-on-with-our-lives" part.
