Yes very nice. Great texture work but I would change the inside of the mouth/bill/beak.

dan, i really like the texturing here, very believable character. It would be good to get some sense of scale though - at the moment he could even be cute and small. Also, the eyeball looks chucked in there - it needs some eyelids I think. I disagree about changing the texture inside the mouth - although I think he should have a tongue. And if you add teeth, I think they should be lots of little tiny ones.
