Description

Poor Fritzy ploughing back across the soft sand to the prom after a lovely walk on the firmer waters edge. it is hard work when you have such very short legs. We had to get a clip on as the rain was moving in from the East, as you see.

Hehehe I remember having to go get him away from the squirrels :) Those little short legs were quite effective that day as I recall.

At least he's still coming along! :) When Mandy gets tired of walking in the sand she just sits down and waits for better times.

I agree that this is a perfect beach to fly a kite or two. Run, Fritz! Run!

OMG, is that Fritz out there among that vast swath of sand? He looks like a brown football anchored in the desert. And I love the vast expanse of this foto, with those ominous clouds in the distance, something I wish we had around here to give us some much needed moisture.

Poor Fritz, nothing quite so hard as walking on soft sand! Must be even harder with four legs rather than two...that does seem to be quite a downpour heading your way!

My boy has short legs too! Isn't it interesting that Garageland's beach shot of Brighton is covered in what I guess is flint, but your beach here is perfectly sandy!

And I'll bet he's sick of Ralph lording it over him. Sometimes tall people are like that. He such know that his mother would never leave him behind.

Ha...what a cute capture. My attention goes right to Fritz and then to the four sets of parallel tracks...yours and three dogs. Who stayed home?

Even though it would be easier for him to walk straight to the prom then to you, he chooses to go straight to you! Such is the devotion of a dog.

Oh, poor Fritzy, so lonely and lost. It's an amazing photo, with such a beautiful wide view; as without an end, Andrea.

I'm sure Fritz made it in the end... having shorter legs than the other guys.. it does have it's good and bad points... I'm sure keeping up on sand can be tough work for him but I bet all the dogs had a good exercise and a good time too.

You will have to make Fritz a sledge that she can stand on while you tow it back home.
