please enjoy the rest of the week. felt strange being at home today after working for the last month. still bumed i did not get that position.
i got screwed twice last week, one not getting the job and the other, on thursday i had found a carry bag in the road up the street from where i worked. later that afternoon when my boss and i got back from taking the truck in for service, the seekers of the lost item just happened on being there looking for anyone who might have found it. i guess they went to every business on the street.
good timing on getting back at the moment. well anyway what i found was a device that takes pictures of a drill during underground drilling. they said it was the heart of their business and was impossible for them too work without it. the one guy was so happy that he had it back, turns out it was worth $ 9.000, even though i don't drink beer, he offered to bring a case of beer for me on friday. guess what? never showed.. crap! he could have given me $20.00 and i would have been happier, well at least i was honest and they got it back/ lol Steve
