Description

Its been a strange night as I was creating this little monsterpiece. The dogs kept barking oddly. I finally went outside. I didn't see anything, its pretty inky out there tonight. But I followed them to my wind sock pole & saw a light colored, 'something' on top. I knew, rather than saw, that it was a very large owl. (the Apache in me knows that Owl is woman's strongest medicine) I got a huge MagLite out & shined it in his face a few times. He didn't flinch. I came in & got my camera. He let me get withing 6 feet of him. Just watching me. I took a couple dozen good flash shots, just to be sure I got a good angle. came in & hooked up the camera to the pc. There were my shots. I opened each and every one of them. No owl. Everything else was there... O.O

"Wow"!! What a super gruesome image....I like it!! I also like the story about the owl....owls are very wise birds.....it was probably a "spirit" owl....you were lucky to have seen it!! Nice job Angel....

I think I'll pass on her invitation, lovely (?) as she may be...... Wicked cool work, Angel! Oh, man..... Your Owl story actually gave me goose bumps... Obviously a visit from the other side.... Very spooky, but a sign of good fortune, methinks.

Oh my, Angel! What a portent.. and I am hoping a good one! I am going to have good fortune - my fortune cookie says so. LOL :) Somehow an owl seems much cooler. Much like your image. Love it!
