Description
That is what it takes Truly to eat her treats. Meadow & Jasmine's go very quickly. Poor JB sits with her eyes nearly popping out watching Truly fiddle about with hers. She invariably doesn't finish it & depending on what the treat is, it will either go in the cupboard for later or it will be shared between Meadow & JB.
Andrea asked how long before I breed from Truly, the answer is NEVER. I don't breed, I just collect. There are enough dogs about without me adding to them, especially all the noodle doodle cross breeds.

lol, that's the way Sam is. He will lick his treat for ten minutes while Katie, who finished hers in seconds, watches on in annoyance. I swear she's saying, "Are you going to eat that? Are you going to eat that?"

That's a really great shot! Depends what Maya's treats are as to how long they take to be eaten though she never bolts any of them. Her faves are her Denta Stix and bacon type treats. Some of the larger ones like Jumbones get hidden in several places around the house until she finally decides it's time to eat them. Fortunately for her, there's no other dogs her to steal her stash !!

Nice job on this very fun photo of her, Barbara. My dog Peppie is just like that, and I have to stand guard over him from the others so they won't steal his treat while he is piddling around with it.

You are a star, Barbara! I also collect, but other peoples' rejects as you know! Buster doesn't really like treats unless they are someone else's! He is the original 'dog in the manger', and will steal and then bury it in the garden.

Truly knows a good thing when she sees it...so, why eat it? Super shot Barbara. Love your philosophy. We bred one of our West Highlands years ago. We wanted our two daughters to experience pups being born in our kitchen and the care and planning it took to have such a privilege. We took the runt of the litter to be our own and found perfect homes for his brothers and sister.

She just likes to savor the taste, or perhaps she is watching her figure and doesn't want to snack in-between meals lol :D. Carina takes longer than Madelena to eat biscuits and bless her she has to wait and just watch as she finishes her treats too. hugs and love xxxxxxxx
