Hi Folks! This year’s countdown features slightly updated versions of favorite images since the series started in 2000.
Here is my favorite for Number 12: 12 Creatures Crawling
The End of the World Series (2012) was inspired by widespread speculation that the expiration of the ancient Mayan calendar would mean The End of the World. But how would it end? This image suggested that perhaps certain animal species would decide to drive homo sapiens into extinction before we could do it to any more of them.
