Beautiful shot Richard! The fellow hiker does give it a sense of scale! Back in the days, before the masses discovered Arches, Ed Abby and the Monkey Wrench Gang roamed these parts and the only place you'd run into other people was the Arches camp ground! Now, I've been out for a hike there in a pretty good snow storm and run into many fellow storm troopers doing the same! That's what happens when the world population goes from 2 billion to almost 7 in your lifetime! I still manage to find some desert solitude because I know it so well!
