hi nice work, just some notes and suggestions (not a critical comment!): 1) the sky to improve a little....( clouds are cearly a simmetric copy and paste...) 2) the backgrounding trees have a white "halo" (do u cropped with wizard selction?! do again, expand the selection until it goes over the white boarding, smooth it a little and then crop!); this would be work with a background light (could be a sunset, i suppose)... 3) maybe a dark sky in grey mode would work better than red one (to my taste, of course) but take care about water reflections: the sky reflected is not so dark 4) the duck texturing is not properly balanced with the environment ones... (trees, grass, water are efry realistic, even if filtered to B/W, the duck's plumage seems to be more ... a plush (muppet fur) :)

I knows for the clouds I hate what it look like ending but no choyce that color or blue light and don't whanted blue Hiiiii I will try to fixed the halo When i try to fixed the atmosphere that change all the picture and you have to feel that the duck is all in vegetal that why it look like a muppet fur loll I whant to thank you for the comment realy appreciate your time and tips Be smiling because i am MICHEL

This is a very cool presentation Mickey, it made my morning. I've studied this duck for some time now trying to figure out what is missing and can only say I believe it is the tail. Nice work all around on this amazing image, my friend.

I really like what you are doing here! But since you feel something is missing, I can suggest what I would do. That would be to increase the contrast & brightness. Then the whole scene would pop! I will be looking forward to seeing what you do!

It looks really great, Michel! It has a wonderful, ethereal atmosphere. If you're using Photoshop (or Gimp) try using a 'burn' brush on that white halo around the trees (on the layer the trees are on). That will darken it, and give you less contrast with the dark background..
