I wanted to do a quick Birthday wish for all the October Kids - now that October is almost over.... Where does the time go? This turned out to be anything but quick..... These gals have a way of writing their own stories (I think Dan will back me up on that...) It took all day Sunday to figure out how I was going to do the.......ummmm....... aftermath of the cake. Rather than blowing up a real cake (which is rather messy), I resorted to smashing up bits of packing foam with a hammer, then photographing them on a black felt background. I added the raspberry color and icing in Photoshop, then splattered the Girls with a scatter brush. They're so patient with me... Anyway, the Girls wanted to wish all the Octo-babies a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I used so many different things in this little episode, I can't possibly remember them all - I really need to start keeping notes. I'll list the ones I remember, and add the others later :-P I want to thank Dan (diemamker) for letting his lovely ladies come over to play (and for coming to Ar and G4's rescue - more coming on that story)!
