The last intact village or town before Last Rock "Fallon", everything west of here has been erased by a giant tidal wave caused by an asteroid impact. This little town has a population of 400, most living outside the town on farms. It was protected by a mountain just to the west of it. Our girls are about to roll into this town with a survey train and set up shop for track and scrap removal west of here for the Narine Central, there are no plans to rebuild the track, nobody or no building was left west of here. They first must build a rail yard in this quiet rural place, because only twice a week a train with one baggage car backs into town from Barbase some 30 miles away to deliver cargo and what few passengers that come here for the few stores and homes, then pulls out headed forward back to Barbase. There are no sidings in the town and just a small station that doubles as a post office. Plans are also in the works to bring the GHS up from the north and link here, since it's track ends only about 150 miles from here at Pilot's Point, that will definitely enlarge the place. Thou the citizens of Fallon might want the place to stay as it is, at the end of the world and unimportant but the railroad has other plans. With the GHS linking here it will be a great spot to push north into the unoccupied areas rich in minerals, coal and aluminum lay to the north. The mountains lay in a way that from here is the best passage to the north and the mineral fields.
