BobbyStahr aka Robert Purves was seduced into computers late in life(age 45) by a free Amiga 1000 that I needed to transcribe music with. When that was done one thing led to another and 18 months later due to a need for speed and Imagine porting over I jumped to a pc. Never looked back happy to say. I play no games, have no business software, just art and music. BIO I use Imagine a lot, Photoshop quite a bit, Vue6I PLE a bit also, and have played a bit with the free ver. of Cinema4D, and am recently enamored of the new TG 3 Free. I also write copious amounts of music in an awesome and inexpensive music writing software called MelodyAssistant, available at http://www.myriad-online.com The hyphen is part of the URL. Highly reccomended to anyone, musician or not. I got into art from sports at an early age when I discovered I was more into cooperation than competition...my mission statement is" Never go straight.....Go Forward...."

Thanks all...I should add that the 'Groups' aspect of this is that I had my models in .obj as well as .tgo so in Bryce I grouped 3 bushes and exported them as a group which I and then use in a pop with more variety...same with the grass object but 5 of them in the group varying sizes.

Very nice scene. Bryce bushes in Terragen...wow!

Actually Dan, they are XFROG imported into Bryce and grouped together upon export to .obj's so I could have a group of the same bush but in different sizes/ages. I do this as the Free version of TG2 only allows 3 populations and I do this to get more variety although it isn't noticeable at this range. There are 3 bushes in the bushes group and 5 different Cortaderia grass plants in the grass group. I have exported some Bryce trees for use in TG2-3 but they for the most part are only usable as distance trees compared to the XFROG ones I have and all the free ones XFROG has offered up over the past few years.
