Exceptionally well done render! Why don't you go to a museum and stroll through history for a while. Or, weather permitting, walk in a garden and look for the hidden things in the undergrowth now that the leaves are gone. Go into the backyard and chop something up like old bushes or firewood. Find a good knitting pattern and go for it! Go to a local primary school and volunteer to read stories to the kids - although that might make you want to go into the backyard again and chop things up. :-P I'm not a psychiatrist, but I've seen one on TV. I just want you to find your happy place again.
