Hi Folks! This year’s countdown features slightly updated versions of favorite images since the series started in 2000.

Here is my favorite for Number 1: And a Smart Ass Raven Tormenting Me!!!

This is the Original #1 image, updated for 2013. I began publishing this series online in the same year that the Baltimore Ravens won the Super Bowl. Although I had already decided to end the series in this year ending in 13, it is poetically appropriate to end it in the year that the Ravens are once again NFL Champions.

Ironically, I don’t really celebrate Halloween. I started the series as a way to become more skillful with digital rendering software, and to use my fascination with horror and science fiction to expand my digital portfolio.
