Both, the sky and terrain are very good. Next step would be to start adding color variation to the land, Then next. populating some vegetation. You've done that before and should be able to get that done. What you have here is a great base for more detail.

Thank you, Bob. Your feedback and recommendations are very much appreciated. I will work on varying the surface colors and texture. Unfortunately, populations are more of a challenge, since this old machine can't crunch those numbers like before. There is inevitably a render crash each time I have tried to add pops. But I will continue to try. :-)

Instead of a population, try putting down a single object (a tree; a bush; and, etc.), You may be able to put down several objects without a problem. Also, try making your area - the default is 1000, 1000 smaller. Try 300, 300. The smaller numbers are good for close-up scenes that are close to the ground.

Just saw this, Bob. Great idea. I'll try that with my next render. I'm just about to upload a render with a pop of one of Walli's dry bushes. I managed to get through it with a smaller render size. Thanks again. I always appreciate and value your suggestions.
