Description

The Plymouth Fury is a model of automobile which was produced by the Plymouth division of the Chrysler Corporation from 1956 to 1989. The Fury was introduced as a sporty, premium-priced model designed to showcase the line, with the intent to draw consumers into showrooms. I hope you guys like it! Please zooooom for hi-res. I like the aggressive front end look of these and the 1959 Dodge Custom Royal. These always look great in red of course.

I loved the 65 Fury, I think it's one of the hottest cars ever made. These early ones had those FINS--though I think the 59 Caddy had the biggest fins of all, plus those taillights!!

A great car! My dad had a Plymouth Sport Fury, either a '63 or a '65 as I recall. The thing I remember was that it was the hotest car he ever bought, a real screamer, and he'll never know how I made that car scream! It actually prepared me for some serious racing I did a few years later. First you have to learn about oversteer and understeer and control with all four wheels slipping. It taught me a lot!

A great capture of a super classic that I had forgotten it even existed. A memory is a tough thing to loose!
