Description
This is a library in NIce...La Tete Carree..a head turning building that is 26m high. I had to get a shot from a coach, so it's not the best but I thought it worth an upload as a curiousity1

Astonishing building! It has set my mind going wondering about the train of thought that lead to this when designing a library . I suppose the windows are on the other sides, absolutely fascinating, I shall have to google it!
