Back in my days of running the rivers of SE Asia, we had phantoms on ready alert out of Tan Son Nhut. When you were in 31 ft of fiberglass, gas and ammo, you ran from fights you were outgunned for and called in the serious firepower. Remember seeing this image a few time at treetop level and praying, "Please don't miss!!". I'm still here, so they didn't miss. Great work even though the memories are best forgotten.

During the short time I worked on these there was no war. I'm sure you've heard this a thousand times but let me say it again. THANK YOU!!! Freedom isn't free and there are things that'll haunt a man worse than loosing his life. I do know those days are best forgotten for you but the rest of us need to remember that it's because of you and those days that we have what we still have.... "SALUTE"
