I must've taken 30 or more photos before the Eagle looked directly at me as if to ask..."Are you done yet?"
This was taken several years ago now.

While rafting down the Russian River in NorCal, I spotted a Bald Eagle high on a burned out bare tree with that exact same attitude (LOL). Nice shot, really.

I see them quite often here, Azi. Thank you; I'll share some of the others I've gotten through the years as well. Lol Greywolf, they do tend to have a chip on their wings, don't they? Funny, we have a Russian River here as well...the fisherman and the bears pack it's banks every spring and summer.
