Description
Caught this Jackrabbit in our front yard, and he calmly waited while I fetched my camera and snapped several photos, before he sauntered under the canopy of the weeping birch. The branches of this tree reach the grass, so he has a safe place to hide.

As Mike says, a rat with nice ears, just as a squirrel is a rat with a nice tail, but we all still like them but to some they are vermin! Good to see my sister posting again and I did see this shot privately a while ago. There are many more shots she should post!
