Very nice rendering indee. Only the background looks a bit fuzzy. When you place a background via File| Import| Background picture, it will almost look in that way. When you place a prop like one sided quare or square and add the background picture via Render| Materials it would probably look smoother, considering that you're background picture is a highres picture. Anyhow I like the way you made this guy look old.
