Isn't it amazing how little is necessary in order to convey light, shadow, and shape? I love the result you got with your d-f-ing

Excellent post work. A very healthy harvest with enough left over to make into musical instruments.

I love the clarity, colors and lighting on your gourd window shelf. The colors did it for me!!! :>)

when you do your edge-work, and break surfaces into hue-areas like you do here, you just master the thing. Wonderful play of delineated areas and cartographic lines; the sharp luminous light you have in the color version (the light there is beautiful) comes out, here, as very powerful accents in a sea of dark grays. And because it's in mono, the border-lines become analytic essays on all these shapes. Plus I love the lines in the window. Splendid piece. I love what you do with edge work. (Btw, I haven't fav'd a thing, and haven't anywhere for a few days now. My fav's don't show up, mostly, so I've stopped. But you know how much I love your work, so take a huge fav for the whole lot, including this gem.)
