Description
Terragen 3/ post cs.
-Make rain in photoshop :
1-Make new BLACK layer.
2-Add filter noise, monocromatic(1px-20px)
3-Add motion blur 90 degrees.
4-Adjust levels (can change the rain color, via -hue saturation too)
5-Turn layer to screen mode.
6-Put together, and make: auto tone,auto contrast,auto color. for integrate rain image.

i forgot some important: erase with soft brush, some rain areas ro look more realistic ;)
