Description

"Moonlight Christmas Ride" From The 'Holiday Magic' Classsic Collection Well, the side of the story that everyone knows is that on a certain night, an Eve if you will, a certain jolly spirit takes to an unusual vehicle pulled by deer of a certain species and in the timeline of one night, delivers toys to all the good young children that believe in him....but if you forget him or stop believing in him, what? Oh yeah, that's right...you either grew up to be an adult that doesn't believe in Santa Clause and if you don't believe in him, that's saying you don't believe in God...and if you do believe in Santa Clause then that means you believe in God...Double edged swords now come into play...so atheisim now comes into play...or...you can still believe in science, which is the real God most likely, and then that means at least in science, which is on the verge of discovering the Higgs Boson, or The God Particle, from which all life began...what will science do if they now have the power to create a human being other than the traditional way of making love to a significant partner of the opposite sex or artificial insemination or even test tube production...all in all and in either way, something so huge is on the very edge of changing the course of the entire human race....it was so much simpler when we were children to just believe that a fun and plump jolly man came down our chiminey and gave us gifts....but we cannot go backwards in time, so humanity is going to shock everyone into reality and maybe that reality is that since the Big Bang and our universe began, everything that has happened, has been nothing but a series of random accidental events... Thanks Mike! And yes, you're right! When the Magic seems gone, it's not the Magic that's missing, but when the non-believer no longer believes, basically, when someone loses their innocence, that's when 'The Magic' will no longer exist for them...a kind of a "Bah, humbug" effect, that only gets worse for them as time buries it deeper and deeper until they cannot believe in anything anymore...supposedly that's called "Growing Up", but there are a lot of ways to grow up...since I really never got to be a kid and have a childs life but a tortured youth, my becoming a grown up, is when I became a kid again...that sounds weird, but it's true...oh I accept my responsibilities and am completely autonomous, but I have a great sense of humor and I like to play with girls hoping they want to play with me instead of a toy, lol if you can understand that...like, I can jump on my bed...I can eat desert befor dinner and I create pictures...sounds like a kid to me! So instead of believing in the magic, I like to create it instead! And that makes it ok with me! Happy Holidays Mike! JM

An accident unless you consider the possibility that someone/something caused the big bang in the first place.. it is an answer we have strived to find forever and it will most likely never happen. A well thought out and composed narrative and a brilliant image. Without something "magical" to believe in, could we continue to be the species we are?

Hi Barry! Yes you're very right! The thing is, is that if science actually does find the God Particle in the atom smasher, then that alone should prove that there isn't a God...either that or God didn't cover his tracks so well, lol And yeah, we need something magical to believe in somehow...to me it's not hard to do that at all being an adult child as I am to a degree...that kind of makes it easier to do! Thanks again for that great comment Barry! I appreciate a conversation over just a comment Any Day! Have a great weekend my friend! JM

Magic and miracles happen every day. You just have to open yourself up to it and be ready to accept it. Thank you for the beautiful render and the wonderful discussion starter.

Hi Teri! I sure do wish I could see one once in awhile tho...I never do...oh I hear about little ones here and there and that's all fine and dandy...but I think it's about time for one of biblical proportions to happen...and it better happen soon...this world of high tech is on the very edge of a serious crash I believe and that Big Miracle could be used anytime now! Anyways, thanks for all your comments Teri! I appreciate you! Have a great weekend! JM
