I don't think you can ever seperate ego & design, the two go hand in hand, though the extent to which one informs the other is another matter. As for the "maxin' & relaxin'" crap, that's best left to the proffesionals :) Good image, dubious premise.

it looks kind of ridiculous with those funny words. it may work with Americans, but there are looot of us, outlanders. kind of spoils whole image, spoils that "respect" you are talking about.
