Description

Carrara offers a little 3D painting solution which is sometimes very useful. For quick and rough painting jobs you donĀ“t need to shift your data around between programs. I forget this sometimes ;-) You can see the fully rendered picture in my gallery: "Floating Sculpture".

Interesting. I have Carrara, but I haven't played with it very much yet.

No secret techniques! This feature exists since version 7! (Look in the reference guide, chapter "3D Painting (Pro)" on page 632...) Happy rendering! :-)

Looks like an easy way to get your base UV's, un-like Zbrush and poly painting where need millions of polygons to make it look decent ! ~Cheers~
