hey all. hope everyone is well. we had a tornado just a bit north...flattened a town or two...I was very thankful it did not get here...I feel bad for all those with losses...I spent yesterday very frustrated working with the new vue. it doesn't seem to be working correctely. I modeled this cacus plants specifically for vue and it said one of the fixes was more compatible. I cannot even get it to read the plant format it wants. I puts in a 'locked objectt' which I have never encountered b4. I have a ticket into them about it. I did the cactus because I watched a wonderful movie that lifted my spirits and made me sad all at the same time ...that johnny depp is a good one...I plan to do some other images inspired by the film...I loved the spirit horse...anyway this is the best I could come up with after 2 days work. after spending a good part of the day constructing the cactus yesterday I had several programs opened at once and my system ate up 32gb of ram...lost all my work bummer...but I did a better job 2nd time around anyway....but yesterday was frustration and more today as the new vue is not loading the plants made with there software...vue 11.5 works wonderfully with it but I had to import obj to get this render out of vue inf 12. anyway...hope you like...think good thoughts for my mother please...shes' had a long life but seems someone is calling to her....I believe she is at the hospital now...heart thingie... be safe and have a good time... ***chills and thrills***
