Your hues are so bold: You have almost-neon pinks and blues here; with big streams of luminous blue over the hand. (That blue is like electricity.) And beautiful purples, and the saturated oranges in the hand...You express so much with color, and you get really bold luminous hues, time and time again. That circle of light---which the hand is touching---feels like the hand has just given start to the cosmos. The contrasts of oranges and blues are very powerful...An inspirational painting, and alit with real power and light. (You may know this piece, but it's still relevant to your painting: Here's the whole "Creation of Adam" by Michelangelo---in fresco---16th Century. And a closeup of the famous "touch" between God and Adam. I was told once that hands and feet was the hards to draw, but you do hands so wonderfully and this one is very spiritual..
