"Wind-Icicle Hanging In An Autumn Breeze"
The oscillating feature of this wind-icicle is almost hypnotic. I wonder if any grandfathers have tried to have their 4 year old twins watch it for any length of time while speaking in a soft voice, "pick up the truck load of toys you have strewn all over the house". lol
