Thanks for the comment. If Rendo sorts its act out and stops the initial view from becoming distorted if you post above 600px i might consider it. but for now, sorry, but considering most people dont click full-size i am not putting my shots up to be ruined by the site's compression. (if you want to see what i mean, take a look at Sea Life - about 10 shots back in my gallery - and compare the sharpness and compression-free look of the 720px "full size" to the idiotic-looking "preview" at 600px)

just realised the limit is 700px and not 600px, so have increased the size to 700 now...

Something strange going on here, viewing on a Sony tablet, zoom actually shrinks the image!! Engaging photo. Almost looks back-lit, not sure if this is fill-light in postwork, but I agree with post 1: my monitor is 2560x1400, you have enough Mb to humour us with a larger pic to enjoy, and I think I WOULD enjoy looking at this at that size.... your moan at Renderosity notwithstanding ;)

Fantastic scene and postworking Rich - the composition and timing is spot on! I have the same bug-bare as you with the sites compression and view everything that I click on in full size - maybe the answer is to get rid of the compressed view so that full size is the only option‽

They did used to have an option to display only in full size which you chose on uploading. They got rid of it about 2 years ago for some unknown reason. I used that when they had it for the same reason this is only 700px.
