Hello again, dear friends!
We have passed the centuries-old entrance in the surrounding wall of Old Tarifa and we are now inside the Medina. After strolling around a little bit through narrow streets were the opposite neighbors could make "Shake Hands" across the streets, the houses´ walls suddenly open up to a little plaza with a tree in full blossom....
This is dedicated to all flowers` friends and hobby gardeners here in this forum!
PS: We visited Tarifa in 2011 and in 2013, this pic here was taken in 2011.

Beautiful . We have similar examples of this architecture indicating the Spanish influence here in the American Southwest and in Latin America. As well as architectural influences the Spanish also left their surface water laws here. That use was introduced into Spain by the Arabs.
