back when I was still contracting I had to work between homes like this. on one house a client wanted me to fix a squirrel hole and with my ladder standing almost vertical. myself and a helper repaired it. then the a**** did not want to pay only $30. I finally told him to go to hell and left. it was worth it to me to tell him off
