Description
The lights went out soon after I posted the last image.
They stayed out til just a short time ago. Pretty lucky, though. One year, they went out in the dead of winter with freezing temps & stayed out for 3 weeks! I had to stay in bed with covers, three dogs & several layers of clothing inside one of those nylon puffy ski suits. The Lupus went into a rage & I was sick for months...

I'm fed, got coffee & I'm finally warm.
The FedEx driver did show up, with a terrified look on his face. He said the roads were a horror show & he was afraid he wouldn't make it back to Palm Springs. I was afraid he wouldn't reach the pavement 5 miles back. The tow companies refuse to come out on these roads in this weather. They don't make it out, either. I told him if the weather is like this, DO NOT come on the road! I can wait a day or three for a package. Keep your life.
Short story long, I'm grateful.
I got my Paint Shop 16 loaded. Its different than the last one. Like some, frustrated at others. Will learn on the way. Inch by inch.

Very beautiful, Angel. I know our roads will soon be mud. It's been raining here for weeks with no time to dry up. If it gets too bad, I can take our truck with 4 wheel drive.

Nope, desert sand refuses to be mud. But the caliche rises to the top & its like... you seen the new Ice Age commercial with the moose trying to get off of the ice...?

Marvelous render! Glad everyone is surviving mud season. In New Hampshire that came in the Spring when the ground began to thaw on the top few inches but was still solid ice for about a foot below that. Nature is always fun.

Got 13 on this pc, 15 on the new lappy, and wondering if I should upgrade to 16. So you like it so far? You sure seemed to do well with it, love this one .. but then, I love all the stuff you do. Don't think you got carried away at all.
