Flor Madera and Alisa Breeze two poverty stricken girls that knew the right people at the right time. They now own the land over a massive coal mine, they have been allowed to form Madera Mines and Breeze Mines to serve the Empire. They have also been appointed as CEO and next in command, Flor will be the CEO and Alisa her next in command over the newly formed railroad Badlands North Sakota and Fallon by the powers to be namely the Narine Central, Island Central Gulf, Gulf Highland and Souls, West Fork Line, North and South, South Island Line, Lodestok and Nashstok, and the Empire to run the railroad. Flor and Alisa no longer live in poverty as bar maids but they both have a lot to learn. Only time will tell if they can fit into the group. The girls of the Exile team will help them into the group. They are moving their train up to Flor's ranch for a place to live as their homes are constructed. The mines and the ranches are near to South Sakota a newly built town to service the mining area. The railroad at present runs from the Badlands to Fallon and Pilots Point, it connects with the GHS and the NC. The powers to be are deciding whether the new BNSF will be a class two or class one railroad serving the entire area to the desolate north and the bauxite mines which they are building towards in the arid northern badlands. The Empire wants these two as the leaders of the railroad. They have been given a fleet of GP-28's, SD-32's, GP-35's and coal hoppers to get the railroad going hauling coal out of the coal field.
