Description

abstract-003c-NEWER_03a-xi-large Abstract / wallpaper by ZOT. (aka XOTT but spoken the same ;-)) Created: about 19-NOV-2013 Created with: BRYCE 7.01 (and rendered in) Rendered in BRYCE using my techniques for making abstract images. Don't bother asking me about it because I've freely told the method in tutes for many years and other people have adopted it (and other variations) to make their own artwork, but nowadays I want to make my own BRYCE abstract artwork that isn't swallowed up by the wide exposure of everyone elses copying of the technique. The image is untouched from rendering other than adding credits, etc. The filename doesn't mean anything to you. It's just the filename I made during creationisation. I don't bother naming these things other than by the filenames. I mean, who's going to give credence to somethings nonsensical like "Curly Swirly Pyramids"? ;-) All this current batch of BRYCE abstracts were rendered widescreen, 1600x899 (should be 900 but I somehow lost a pixel in height during rendering). They're mainly for desktop wallpaper use unless otherwise noted. If you need to stretch them any which way to suit your screen, well, they're abstract shapes so they shouldn't suffer from any aspect ratio woes in perceiving them. ;-) I made these during a break of a helluva lot of work setting up my new computer system. I needed a rest from all the humdrum work and I also wanted to see how BRYCE would run on my new system. And one more thing, I hated the desktop wallpaper images that came with Windows 8.1, and the others that I saw elsewhere. I just wanted something in the background and not ruin my eyes by it being too dazzling and also not swallow up my desktop icons so I couldn't find them in the visual clutter of the wallpaper. Both are a common mistake when making wallpaper. Z.
