That is NOT me in the picture!
Thanks for visiting my gallery! If you were redirected here from Culture Crunch, you will find the "alternate versions" of Didi and Kelly here, as well as a few prototypes, if you look hard enough.
Once upon a time, I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be cool to make pictures of people on the computer?" Of course, at the time, I was thinking more along the lines of Max Headroom, but when Poser came out, I knew I had to have it. Yes, folks, I am one of the lucky few who has been using Poser since version 1!
Most people would agree that Poser 4 was the turning point, where it went from being a reference tool to a way to make real pictures (I won't say "real art") in its own right. Then came along someone named Victoria... And the rest is history!
Recently I've been getting into DAZ Studio quite a bit. I'm also trying to wrap my mind around LuxRender.

Hmmm.... looks more natural. Sounds like you live in/near an Olympic Village with all the weight distribution like that of a weight lifter (Ms. Universe?). Now try combining the top weight with this pear shape and see what we get. I find these anatomical variations quite interesting (of course, being an anatomist!). True apple shape (small hips, no waist, big belly) is late pregnancy to me (or a big Christmas dinner, or big enema). Would be nice to see your interpretation of slim apple. As for hour glass shapes, you see a lot of them at Rendeosity (and even worse at Rend...ica - I scarce dare mention the name of THAT site!). Fortunately the female variety of strait-jacket (also known as corsett) is out of fashion (you should see what it does to the wearer's liver, stomach and upper colon!). Keep up the good work! :-) T.Rex is contemplating which is tastier, pear pie or apple pie!

Fantastic creation and very great character... Fantastic expression also !

Beautiful shape. One reason you don't see as many hour glass shapes in reality is because of weight gain. When a woman with an hour glass shape gains a lot of weight, especially in her belly, the body shape changes. I think it adds to distribution of weight too. I have an hourglass shape and as I've gained weight over the years, I gain evenly over my whole body, not just in my hips/thighs or bust. But, most people wouldn't look at me as see the typical "hour glass" shape like when I was at a smaller size. I have a friend, that even with some weight gain has a rocking Hour Glass Figure. Also some with great pear and apple too. This is a gorgeous character. Good work.
