Description

"Snow Blanket Christmas - The Original Series Image" *This is the grand copy of the first in the Snow Blanket series. This image, just by looking upon it makes you think of a past memory from your own holiday season. Maybe from your youth or a few years ago or even last year. Either way you will get sparked when your gaze settled on this image and perhaps all of my holiday images do that. This is the service that my images provide. They spark your memories to that one, that some part of my image reminded you of from your holidays past... Somewhere in the history of your life, you're imaging that one special Christmas and I am only hoping it's a magnificent memory...and if it's not, you have my sincere apology for making you dredge it up... Just remember this when you might blame me for reminding you of your bad experience...these images were created by me to help relieve me of all of my memories of pain that I had from my youth in my histories past...I have not a single happy memory of Christmas when I was "The Red-Headed Stepchild" growing up in a step family atmosphere where everyone received an abundance of gifts and joy... And I was a Male Child Cinderella...No Princess, No Pumpkin, No Glass Shoes, No Grand Ball Party...I was robbed of all my self esteem, my youth and my innocence. And I'm sure there are plenty of people who have had it worse, so this is the end of my chatter about my young life and I can only hope yours was better than what I had. Have a Merry Christmas! Very beautiful image! this should evoke memories, good and bad for most people. How they deal with them is up to them.

I write stories of my youth, as should be obvious that many of my short stories are youth stories, and hide them inside my characters and settings that seem unrelated; Zam, Zan, Cody, Eran, Tamaka, Raen, Colt et. In this way I re-live some of my own youth. I think it's not a bad thing to remember where we have been, whether good memory or bad memory. Point is, there is nothing wrong with your "ramblings". You know what they say, "a tortured artist is a good artist." Actually I don't know if they say that. But it sounds good.

Life is a journey... not always (rarely) a pleasant one. And for some of us these Holidays bring sad memories and regret... but when we grow to a point where we can put the past in it's place and move on, life gets a bit brighter. Here's me tipping my cup to all of us who have travelled a rocky path and arrived battered and bruised, but still walking towards something better.
