Description
This is an oldie, but the seasonal sentiment is the same. I wish each of you a joyous Christmas and holiday season! We will be leaving next week to be with family for Christmas. I'm like a little girl- excited and awe-struck at the beautiful wonder of this holy season of giving and God's great love for each one of us.
My computer has been dying for awhile now..and I've let Santa know I'd like a new laptop. Of course, if it's not to be, I really have everything I need and could ever want.
I'm thankful for each of you and the warm welcome back you've given me. i know I'm a bit of a flake, to say the least, but I'm sincere when I say it's wonderful to be bak here..too thrill at your cool and beautiful art..and, to have you enjoy my images. I apologize for not commenting as much the past week or so. I feel as if I'm going to get another dreaded blue screen each time I spend too much time online. As it is, I can no longer render my Terragen or Mandelbulb without crashing.
Thanks for everything, and see you around!
ps.. Created in Ultra Fractal and Photoshop. The church is a piece of clip art I integrated into the country scene. Kinda an "over the river and thru the woods" theme.

Beautiful work sis. Have a great time with the family this yuletide. Know that the master is watching over us all at this coming time. He'll work his magic for a new lappie :) My warmest greetings for a safe and happy Christmas to you and the family. God bless, Bro.

I love all the paths that run to the center of your beautiful Christmas card, actually to church. As the colors are such fine on this landscape, dear friend. So beautiful your words, what you wrote by this beautiful fractal-image of you, Linda. You are so versatile in your work, and I really hope for you, you will have a wonderful time with your family. And I wish for you, that when you come back, you take a laptop which you, so you can continue to make everything as you would like to do. God bless you, and your loved ones, as you all will have a dreamy Christmas together.

Have a happy and safe holiday season...a tip on the new computer, forget the Laptop, they just don't hold up to stresses of Rendering applications, they don't Breathe well enough. Rendering is a heavy load and ventilation is important, Mojoworld killed 2 full blown HP Laptops for me in 18 months, they basically melted down internally. Peace

And, the same for you and your family Linda. Yes, don't get a laptop for rendering; not a good idea.

Hi Linda, an ancient image still able to breathe seasonal fire. I trust Santa has been listening and will deliver, A possible warning Microsoft are to withdraw all support for Windows XP in early April of next year so it will be prudent to change to a new machine anyway if you use that O/S. I've just switched to Windows 8 and grow comfortable with it though there were teething troubles (how to switch the machine off was the first one - idiocy!).

An wonderful composition you've put together to celebrate this wonderful time of the year! I sincerely hope that Santa brings you a new computer this year. I would hate to see you fall into a pattern of posting nothing but images of 'blue screens' :-( Best wishes for wonderful time with your family and friends. May joy fill your hearts and turkey fill your tummy's. Love and Hugs and Kisses! Pete
